Send the required battery or range version, drivetrain, trim, quantity, destination, and intended customer use. If a catalogue range figure is important, confirm which test cycle it uses and avoid treating that number as guaranteed real-world range.
Confirm charging compatibility
Charging questions should be addressed before procurement. Buyers should identify the charging standards and infrastructure used in the destination market, including connector type, AC charging, DC fast charging, electrical supply, and any adapter or installation expectations.
A physical adapter does not automatically make every vehicle fully compatible with every local charging network. The vehicle specification and destination infrastructure should be reviewed together by qualified parties.
